Price and payment
- All prices are fixed and quoted excluding VAT.
- Positioning Check: you pay the full amount by card when you book. The booking is confirmed when the payment goes through. Until then, the Fridays stay open to others. There is no further invoice.
- Positioning: you pay 50 % by card when you book. The booking is confirmed when the payment goes through. Until then, the week stays open to others. The remaining 50 % is invoiced on delivery, with 14 days payment terms.
- From check to positioning: if you book Positioning within 30 days of the review in your Positioning Check, the full price of the check is deducted from the final invoice for Positioning.
Rebooking and cancellation
- I take one client at a time, and the whole period is held for you. You can move the start for free up to 14 days before. Later changes are invoiced at 50 %.
- If you cancel more than 14 days before the start, you pay nothing, and anything already paid is refunded.
- If you cancel later, 50 % of what you have paid is refunded.
- If I have to cancel because of illness or similar, you choose a new date or get everything refunded.
- For the Positioning Check, the start is the first Friday. If one of the customers we picked can't be reached, we find a replacement together. If fewer than five customers can be interviewed in the period, I deliver the report based on the interviews done, and you pay the same price.
What is delivered
The scope is described on each service page and in your booking confirmation. Revisions are included as described there. Anything outside the scope is agreed and priced before I start.
Rights to the work
When the invoice is paid, the deliverables are yours: reports, documents and copy. I may describe the project as a case only if you say yes. Methods and templates I use are still mine.
Confidentiality
Everything you share with me about your business stays between us, also after the project. How I handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Liability
I do my best, and I stand by the work. My liability is limited to the price of the project. I am not responsible for indirect losses, or for results that depend on choices you make after delivery.

Texts, images and design on kazonza.com are my work and protected by copyright. Feel free to read and be inspired, but ask before you copy or share the content. Please don't misuse the contact form or try to disrupt the site. The articles are general advice, not legal or financial advice. I sometimes link to other sites, but I'm not responsible for their content.
Changes
I update these terms when something changes. The terms that applied when you booked apply to your booking.
Norwegian law
These terms follow Norwegian law. If we disagree, I hope we can sort it out over a coffee first.
